Welcome to HerSync, an AI-powered platform dedicated to integrating health education, expert recommendations, and community-driven solutions to enhance the accessibility and personalization of sexual health services for underrepresented women, especially teenagers. By accessing or using HerSync, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using HerSync, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of all content, functionalities, and services provided through the HerSync platform.

HerSync is responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the application. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In the event of an app failure, you may report the issue to Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple and Google bear no further warranty obligations.
